Teton Valley Ranch Quicksides - Potatoes, Bacon & Cheddar Cheese

Today I started my morning with poached eggs and this Teton Valley Ranch Quicksides Potatoes, Bacon & Cheddar Cheese that I found in the depths of my home’s freezer. The instructions were to microwave on high for between 7-9 minutes. The result is below in words.

The feel and look after was like a bad monster movie that was jammed together in 7-9 minutes the potatoes feel apart, were mushy and flavorless. The bacon was hard to find and the cheese was nowhere really to be found on my palette. The only bright side was the bacon had a smoky flavor but was too not crisp and was very rubbery when I did actually find it. To save it I tried to add my own provolone cheese, hot sauce, and salt and pepper but nothing could fix this broken mess.

FINAL SCORE – 2.4/10
